PhoneNumber (required), Language (en or es), and placeholder columns like FirstName and AppointmentDate that match {{PlaceholderName}} tags in your templates. Placeholder columns are optional — leave a cell blank if you don't have that value, and the message still sends with it left out.

{{PlaceholderName}} for values that get spoken from each recipient's CSV row (e.g. {{FirstName}}, {{AppointmentDate}}). Editing an existing script updates its call flow directly — the next call using it will use the new wording. Only one script's flow is "live" on the campaign at a time; queuing a campaign automatically points the campaign at the script you selected.

WhatsApp template wording can't be edited here — it must exactly match what Meta approved for your WhatsApp Business Account. Once a language shows Approved, click Sync to activate it for sending. A language still Pending is awaiting Meta's review (usually within 24 hours).
